Tonight we return to Brian and Carolyn’s home to welcome in the month of August by celebrating big time after our run. It will feel more like a party than a workout as we enjoy the Purcell’s wonderful back yard in their inviting neighborhood, which you will reach by going to 97th and Wornall Rd, then going west to Summit.
