Half Marathon Training

The KCR Half Marathon Training Program will prepare you for your race!

KCR Half Marathon Training sessions last for 14 weeks and are targeted to spring and fall half marathons. 

Each session starts at Aixois, 251 E 55th St, Kansas City, MO 64113 at 7:00 am.

 Registration Includes:

  •  Weekly training plan. Mileage will increase slowly.
  •  Saturday morning group runs with aid stations, water, and Gatorade
  •  Guidance from a Road Runner Club of America certified coach
  •  Meeting new running friends
  • Aixois provides water before and after the runs, and they offer a discount for a KCR breakfast afterwards.
