Girls on the Run of Johnson County is expanding to 24 sites this spring and is in need of volunteer coaches. Volunteering as a coach is a life-changing experience. You share your time and energy, and instill a positive self-image in girls 3rd-8th grade.
Added incentives this season:
1. If you sign up to coach and have a daughter participating in the program, you will receive a 50% scholarship on her registration fee.
2. New coaches who commit before Feb. 4 will be entered in a raffle to win a seat at the WIN for KC luncheon where longtime Girls on the Run coach Karli (Ritter) Lockard will be honored as the Sprint Spirit Award winner at this event.
