We thoroughly enjoyed having so many of you join us at our New Year’s Day run.  It was fun seeing so many families and friends gathered together to kick off 2015 with a running start.  We don’t plan on letting the cold weather stop us and neither should you!  We’ve got plenty of activities lined up to keep you moving on until this weather moves out.  Saturday January 10, RRCA Certified Coach, Jennifer Ristau, will begin Half Marathon Training  at 55th and Brookside at 7:00 a.m.  Next in line is the first session in our Running on Solid Ground lecture series.  It will be in the large conference room of the Plaza Library at 6:30 p.m. on January 13.  In addition to these events, there are also several weekly group runs, Wednesday Night Runs, and Beginning Runner’s Classes meeting  throughout the winter to help keep up on your running during these cold months.  We’re looking forward to seeing you soon!
