The KCTC Half Marathon Training Program will prepare you for 13.1 miles and is focused on the Kansas City Half Marathon or any Half Marathon Oct 20th and beyond. Coach Carstens will guide you through distance, pace, form, hydration, nutrition and much more.
Minimum Fitness Requirement: Be able to run 20 miles per week by August 4th.
Saturdays from August 4 – October 13 at 7:00 AM.
Courses will rotate in the Brookside, Prairie Village and Mid Town area. Tuesday Intervals are optional and are located at Shawnee Mission East High School Track at Mission and 75th Streets.
