Celebrate all KCR groups with a run of upto 6 Miles on the Trolley Trail.
KCR will provide dinner.
5pm – yoga on the lawn
6pm – run begins
At 5:00 pm enjoy a yoga experience, led by a professional yoga instructor. Bring a yoga mat or a large towel to participate. The run starts at 6:00. KCR will serve dinner after the run. Please bring a side to share if you can! Compete with fellow runners with lawn games, raffles and prizes. Be ready for the fun!
This is a great chance to meet runners from all KC Running Club groups.
