Denoya Novovesky has arranged for us to come to her YMCA for tonight’s WNR. We will meet at the Y to start our run. To reward ourselves, we will go next door to Callahan’s for our dinner.

WNR’s are FREE and anyone is welcome,starting at 6:15 PM with a 3 to 8 mile run or walk (and everything in between) followed by dinner this week at the restaurant,Callahan’s! There are usually 25 to 45 runners & walkers each week with groups at all running paces.
