Don’t miss Running on Solid Ground this Tuesday, February 10. Bob Schluben will be there filling you in on every aspect of the marathon. He ran one every week in 2012, so he’s covered all of the physical and the mental. He’ll be at the Plaza Library tonight at 6:30 in the Large Conference Room located at 4801 Main St., KCMO 64112. Hang out afterwards for some socializing and a discount at Spin Pizza.
