Wednesday – Track Workout at 6:00PM Westport High School Track, Track, 315 E 39th St, Kansas City, MO 64111. Meet on the track.
If you want to learn to pace yourself, you can do tempo work at these sessions. For those that want to get faster, speed work / intervals are offered as well.
