Wednesday – Track Workout at 6:00pm HyVee Arena, 1800 Genessee St, Kansas City, MO 64102 Meet on the track. If you want to learn to pace yourself, you can do tempo work at these sessions. For those that want to get faster, speed work / intervals are offered as well. These sessions are offered from mid-March until mid-October each year. Click here for more info.
